Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Melaksanakan dan merumuskan kebijakan organisasi yang selaras dengan strategi department Sales & Marketing
- Membuat dan melaksanakan rencana penjualan strategis yang dapat memperluas basis pelanggan dan memperluas jangkauan global
- Bertanggung jawab dalam pertumbuhan penjualan perusahaan
- Memantau dan meninjau seluruh kinerja karyawan yang ada dibawahnya
- Menjaga hubungan dengan klien
- Menangani claim dan complaint
- Monitoring order-order yang masuk
- Mencapai target yang ditetapkan perusahaan

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Provide data outstanding order, sales performance, and other information related to data analysis
- Data visualization
- Collaborate with production team to achieve on time schedule
- Prepare reports and presenting these to users
- Tracking KPI performance
- Maintain CRM & Customer portal
- Provide insightful information related to marketing and operation performances
- Support product marketing team to control production process
Persyaratan:
- Min. bachelor degree from Mathematics, Statistics, Management, Industrial Engineer or equivalent
- Fresh graduate or experience in data analystics, manufacturing operation
- Must have good communication, teamwork, interpersonal, and presentasion skill

Purchasing Staff (Kode: BYRPCH)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Mencari sourcing supply barang dan/atau jasa sesuai spesifikasi dan standard yang ditentukan, tepat waktu dan efisien
- Mengurus proses importasi dan perizinan import di instansi-instansi terkait
- Memberikan rekomendasi vendor selection
- Data administrator dan analyst di bagian purchasing
- Membangun sistem kerja yang efektif & efisien dibagiannya
Persyaratan:
- Minimal pendidikan S1
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai purchasing lapangan selama kurang lebih 2 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan excel yang baik
- Disiplin, tegas, dan teliti
- Memiliki motivasi dan inisiatif yang tinggi untuk belajar

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Melakukan pengiriman dan pengambilan dokumen ke customer dan external provider finance
- Melakukan penagihan ke customer
Persyaratan:
- Minimal pendidikan S1
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai kolektor lapangan
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik
- Disiplin, tegas, dan teliti
