Purchasing Staff (Kode: BYRPCH)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Mencari sourcing supply barang dan/atau jasa sesuai spesifikasi dan standard yang ditentukan, tepat waktu dan efisien
- Mengurus proses importasi dan perizinan import di instansi-instansi terkait
- Memberikan rekomendasi vendor selection
- Data administrator dan analyst di bagian purchasing
- Membangun sistem kerja yang efektif & efisien dibagiannya
Persyaratan:
- Minimal pendidikan S1
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai purchasing lapangan selama kurang lebih 2 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan excel yang baik
- Disiplin, tegas, dan teliti
- Memiliki motivasi dan inisiatif yang tinggi untuk belajar
- Kemampuan bahasa inggris yang baik, bisa berbahasa cina/mandarin merupakan nilai plus
SPV Produksi (Kode: SPVProd)
Job Description:
1. Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, monitoring progress, resolving internal problem.
2. To organize workflow Production, establish daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate to the employee.
3. Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedule.
4. Guide and coach employees, and monitoring their productivity.
5. Ensure the safe use equipment and schedule of regular maintenance.
6. Submit report on performance and progress
7. Identify issue in efficiency and suggest for improvement
